The Constitution is a legally binding contract between an employer and their employees. The employers is the sovereign states and the employees are the government officials that have taken an oath preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. When an employee violates the terms of the employment contract the employer has a right to terminate that employee.
When a contract is violated, the contract is nullified. The contract remains inforce as long as the employees uphold their oath to preserve, protect and defend it.
The reason the decisions made by the Supreme Court are called opinions is because the court have no Constitutional jurisdiction outside of the District of Columbia.
Exclusive Legislative Jurisdiction
See Article I Section 8 Clause 17.
The creator is always greater than the created. The delegates of the states wrote the Constitution and created a government to protect our lives, liberty and property. The people and the states are the employer and the members of the three branches of government are our employees. When the terms of an employee's contract is called into question, who decides the meaning, is it the employer or the employee? The Supreme Court rulings are nothing more than suggestions from a panel of unelected lawyers.
We the people of the states and not the Supreme Court are the ultimate arbiters of what is an what is not Constitutional. The idea that nine politically unelected lawyers have more power than the 330 million people they were appointed to serve.
God has jurisdiction over the people and the people have jurisdiction of the state and the state has jurisdiction over the national government. The supremacy of the states is asserted in the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.
hTo exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dockyards and other needful Buildings;-And
It is the duty of every righteous man and woman to refuse to comply with unconstitutional legislation. States have nullified unconstitutional laws in the past and have the right and the responsibility to do it again. States passed Liberty Laws that nullified Federal Law. Click Here
