"We the people" created the government with the ratification of our Constitution. We are the employer and the elected officials are our employees. The Constitution is the rulebook that was created to govern the government. The Constitution tells the elected officials what they can do and prohibits them from doing anything that is not specifically delegated to them.

We were to be the master and our government and the elected officials were to be our servants. The government derives its power from the consent of the governed and that power can be lawfully revoked whenever, "We the People" feel that the government has exceeded its Constitutional authority.

As a parent do you need to ask your children permission before you take action. We were born free and independent and we don't need the permission or consent of our government to exercise rights that we granted to us by our Creator.

If the government officials refuse to hear our complaints, we have the authority to alter or abolish the government. We have the power to hold government officials accountable for violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

If you agree with me that the government has exceeded its lawful authority, the time has come for "We the People" to stand up and regain control. Individually we are weak, but collectively we are strong. The best way to repeal unjust laws is for the people to refuse to comply. I do not consent to tyranny and I will not ask permission from a crime syndicate to exercise my God given rights.

Yes, alter and abolish by returning to the 1787 constitution. I see a transition period so corporations are not totally disoriented, but the 1787 constitution will dominate.

Great perspective! And I agree with it. The old republic had the proper proportions of power
Very telling how the 13 amendment was swapped out in 1871 .

In your city you have an organization known as the Chamber of Commerce. Each of the members of the Chamber has its own identity and is voluntarily joins the organization for their mutual benefit. The Treaty of Paris signed in 1783 recognized the sovereignty of 13 independent nations not one country.

The 13 independent nations came together in 1787 and created a much stronger central government that would ultimately abuse the power and authority that had been granted to it. The central government was created to be the servants of the member states not to be their master.

Until the core issue is understood and properly addressed people can talk "politics" all they want without meaningful effect.

The core issue is rule of law. We don't have it and the executive branch of government at all levels is responsible. Until they are held to account for the arbitrary and capricious government/society they have intentionally created this will NEVER change, it will only get worse.

Yes, and it is through the states and Article V that they will be held accountable.

----"The core issue is rule of law. We don't have it and the executive branch of government at all levels is responsible"----

And with preparatory amendment "the people are the rightful masters of the congress and the courts".

Hitler's Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels said that when a lie is repeated often enough it becomes the truth.  I have heard that Hitler was a democratically elected official for quite some time, but  I never heard that he had received 98% of the vote, until the video.  Hitler did not get 98% of the vote in the 1932 elections, he did not even get a majority, an election was not what brought him into power, check out http://www.lobelog.com/no-hitler-did-not-come-to-power-democratically/

you  as a Creation of God under canon and ecclisiastical you are also a Nation and Independent State as a Sovereignty applies to all of us.  the Constitution was to create the standard limits of power for the Government. Very Good conversation

During the Great Depression, FDR tried to unravel the mess and move the nation forward.  He examined 50 Supreme Court cases where the 14th Amendment was used, not one of them had anything to do with the rights of ex-slaves, all of them were about corporations claiming the rights of human beings.  So he accepted the reality of the new economic order and tried to make the corporation responsible, but he couldn't, because a corporation can never have the responsibility of a human being-it is an artificial entity-a creation of the state.  America made it through the Depression by becoming entangled in another war, when WWII ended, the United States of America became the most powerful nation in the world.  On Vietnamese Independence Day(Sept. 2 1945), Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, the Greatest Generation failed them and 58,158 Americans lost their lives-with countless others having their lives ruined.  The stage is set for this generation to adhere to the principles of the Declaration of Independence and abolish the Frankenstein that the experiment produced.

What or who is the Frankenstein you are talking about?.  What caused the Great Depression?
