The Consent of the Governed - Just Powers
According to the words of Thomas Jefferson, "Governments derive their just power from the consent of the governed." I believe that it was self evident to the founders of our nation that once consent was granted it could be withdrawn by the people.
The power and authority granted to the United States was based on the premise that the elected officials would honor the Constitution and refrain from assuming power that was not delegated to them. The Constitutoin was written to control the government and not the people. The men and women we have elected to serve us have systematically destroyed the Constitution by twisting its meaning to abandoning the principles of individual liberty and personal responsibility.
Like a thirsty alcoholic, our Congress is now totally irresponsible. It has become a den of thieves and corrupt opportunists. The time has come for us to withdraw our consent and return to the organic Constitution that was written in 1787.
The government that was created to be blessing to the people has become our worst enemy. The American Dream has been become a nightmare. In order to save our nation, we need to hit the reset button and return to the principles upon which our nations was founded.
When we remain silent, our elected officials assume that we are giving our consent. When we vote to re-elect our Congressmen, they considers it a vote of confidence.

WE, FLESH/BLOOD CREATED BEINGS UNDER GOD, ARE CONSIDERED DEAD TO THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION. THEY ARE WORKING THROUGH OUR 'FICTION'(SS#), CLAIMING US AS WARDS OF THE STATE, UNLESS WE, INDIVIDUALLY, LET THEM KNOW, 'I AM THE BENEFICIARY & AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE' TO MY FICTION.
I am learning much about this reclaiming process, as it can be complicated. Any with success with the process, I would appreciate guidance.

Well Said yourself Dolores, You are exactly correct and I am damn tired of everybody ignoring this simple fact. I have personally "reclaimed" my Citizenship using advice and guidance from others whom I can connect you with. Its as simple as not having or not using that SSN for ANYTHING. This backs you in to a corner in as much as you are now clearly on the other side of the fence. There is no middle. If you are a 14th Amendment citizen then you are not a Sovereign free Citizen. Period. You must declare this new status in clearly written legal language in the form of affidavits recorded with the local County Recorder's office. Then you must take NOTHING from the Gov't and make your new status clearly known to all of their Agencies in the same affidavit form. Ok? Does that help?
