The States created the National government when they ratified the Constitution. When Abraham Lincoln invaded the Southern States, he violated the Constitution and the sovereignty of those states.

According to the 10th Amendment, any power or authority "not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

In 1775, the 13th colonies decided that rather than endure the tyranny of King George, they would declare their independence. In 1861, eleven of the twenty three states exercised that same right and formed a new government. and in their Declaration of Independence, established that when the government becomes abusive of those rights it is their right and their duty to alter or abolish it.

When Lincoln was asked why he did not let the south go in peace, he allegedly said "If I do that who will pay the taxes?" Even though only 30% of the people lived in the south, they were paying approximately 80% of the taxes.

The Civil War was not fought over the issue of slavery, it was fought over the same issue as the American Revolution. The American people supposedly won their freedom as a result of the American Revolution, but then lost it as a result of the Civil War.

In the aftermath of the Civil War the financial institutions and corporations  took over. Instead of being the masters of our freedom, we became "subject to the jurisdiction" of an abusive central government.

We won the first battle for American independence, but unfortunately we lost the war.

The Founders used the Newspapers to tell everyone then why they proposed everything they did. They compiled them into what is called "The Federalist Papers". I strongly recommend a thorough reading. Every version you can get your hands on. I have several. It does indeed cover your concerns, but I'm not sure how they defined some words even in their own language, (Olde Anglish). In modern American, you have to translate. Things are lost in translation; it's inevitable.

What they called "distance" in some instances then, meant the distance in miles, but also meant any kind of distance; like disparity, Station, Class, Communication, language, education levels, differences in belief systems. The word "Distance" in Olde English could mean different things depending on content and usage. Olde English is very much prone to this habit. That's what I mean when I speak of translation.

One must remember that language is simply an extension of a particular people's culture and belief systems. Often this cannot be translated directly because not all belief systems or cultures are the same. Often the word to translate into your language doesn't exist. Or it takes many different words to help understand it.

Do your best to try and understand their language and why they spoke the words they used. What did "they" mean in modern English? That's what you have to keep asking yourself. Or rely on someone else's translation. like "The Federalist Papers in Modern Language Indexed for Today's Political Issues" - by Mary E. Webster.

Thanks Morton for defining "translation" for our group. It is most important. In present times we have further bastardized the American language. Our government and courts have created THEIR OWN language and intertwined it maliciously into our common language. I am referring to the legal language and it's definition and applications.

To fully grasp how we have been duped, the average citizen should locate a Black's Law Dictionary, open to any page and locate words they are familiar with. Next, read the definition and compare it to the SAME definition in Webster's Dictionary. What most people will find is that our legal language has been corrupted to trick the unwary and inflict harm through use of language alone.

If this small experiment is the least bit enlightening, take it to the next level. Read legal definitions that you have heard used and discover what they really mean. What we will find is that up is down, black is white, and day is night. When fully understood, anyone should come to the conclusion that they should NEVER sign ANY document or agreement unless they write it themselves and self-define each and every term within the agreement itself. Any document written by a lawyer, which are most of our politicians, should be rejected immediately. Same goes for anything pertaining to money and banks.

Since foreclosure is so common today, let' take a look-see.

Here's a simple example. Find any mortgage agreement. It is not for the benefit of the "home-owner", because there is no such thing as a homeowner. There is however, a "tenant". That's correct, the legal owner is always the bank.

The banks loaned so-called homeowners money the banks never had. That fictitious "loan" document gives them legal control over real property they never owned or invested "actual" cash to lend. If foreclosed, they take 100% control of something they never owned and sell it. The banks keep all the previous payments and fees prior to that time. The banks inventory of real estate is unlimited and all done with a signature. (Any signature denotes a legal contract.) Over time the banks could eventually churn every last inch of America through mortgages until they have enslaved all of us through contract liability and steal all of our wealth and future income for generations. There is no end to the reselling of the same property over time. They also have some control of the street-price and interest rates involved to dupe more unwary customers to sign on the dotted line.

Let's simplify this scenario. What would OUR wealth be if we had a store where we had unlimited inventory, that we never purchased or are required to pay for later, but we could sell, and re-sell for eternity?

Is there any portion of the planet that hasn't been mortgaged? Who invented mortgages? Who was the original land-owner of the real estate known as planet Earth? How did the banks and lawyers get control of it? Was it language and translation?

Stay tuned, we have recently ventured into real estate outside of planet Earth. The Moon has flags stuck into it already and we are venturing farther outward as we speak. Stay tuned! The greedy bastards are expanding their horizons.

Wait a minute everybody. The founders of this great Union of several States made it quite clear We the People Shall only have ONE...That's only one Constitution. 1-10-1 ensures this Constitution shall never be capable of annihilation. In "A Declaration" any of the 200 printed by John Dunlop our Founding fathers were clear who has the right to throw off such Government. We the People. Only We the People.

Keith, you did get most of it right, what you left out is very important ! Rights are reserved to the States, or the People... OR is important, referring power back to the highest We the People, Endowed by our Creator.

I have archived copies of "A Declaration" and other very important resources.

P.S How do I pay for my BILL "Bill of Rights"...I DON'T CONSENT...All rights enumerated in the "Bill of Rights" are Truths self evident. Did they call any other Amendment a BILL ??? I am Endowed by my Creator.

I only consent to this Constitution, in the year of our Lord, one thousand seventeen eighty nine Constitution for the United States of America, and July 4, 1776 A Declaration.

When 30% of a geographic population is forced to pay 80% of the nation's taxes either the nation had it's share of warren buffetts who claim the rich should pay much more taxes so long as most of them don't think so ...or the north (full of industrial tycoons and) having full control of the fed made the south into a slave ...The South was a Confederacy, the north was the fed, the brits tried to get their colonies back in 1812, in 1860 the european system conquered the northeast from within and here we are back in the ussa.
