By allowing the Supreme Court to change the Constitution by re-interpreting it,  we have given the court the power to become a legislative branch superior to Congress.

Supreme Court has absolutely no Constitutional authority to alter, amend or change the Constitution. 

That power has been reserved to Cpmgress and the Legislatures of the States. As long as we continue to allow the court to exceed its lawful authority we will continue to reap the reward for our irresponsibility.

We must force Congress to put the Genie back in the bottle. Allowing the Supreme Court Justices to issue rulings that have the force of law is clearly an abuse of power.

No bill should ever be submitted to the President for his signatgure that violates the Constitution. The final arbiter of the Constiuttion should be the elected representatives of the people, not a panel of unelected politically appointed lawyers.

Due to our ignorance and apathy we have allowed the Supreme Court to become an oligarchy of un-elected and un-accountable lawyers. Supreme Court rulings are not laws, they are just the opinions of clowns wearing gowns,

Congress has the authority determine which cases the Supreme Court will be able to consider,  The Supreme Court can then render opinions which Congress can accept or reject,
