This is straight from the SSA's Website and has some very interesting statements in it. See if you think this "Non-Citizen" status applies to you.

From pamphlet (EN-05-10096)

Does a Non-citizen need a Social Security number?

Unless you are a non-citizen who wants to work in the United States, you probably do not need a Social Security number.

Generally, only non-citizens authorized to work in the United States by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can get a Social Security number. Social Security numbers are used to report an individual’s wages to the government and to determine a person’s eligibility for Social Security benefits. You need a Social Security number to work, collect Social Security benefits and receive some other government services.

Lawfully admitted non-citizens can get many benefits and services without a Social Security number. You do not need a number to get a driver’s license, register for school, obtain private health insurance, or to apply for school lunch programs or subsidized housing.

Some organizations use Social Security numbers to identify you in their records. Most, however, will identify you by some other means if you request it.

We cannot assign you a Social Security number solely so you can get a driver’s license or a service that requires a credit check. Although many companies, such as banks and credit companies, may ask for your Social Security number, you generally are not required to provide one if you don’t have one.

So, it would appear that if this (Non "Citizen") status applies to you, then you can see that there are some very confusing things being said here. It seems there is a lot to qualify or define in law/codes in order to completely understand whether or not YOU need this number for anything other than a means to acquire "benefits".

Randal, the 16th did not change anything re: the income tax, it just closed a loophole for receipts that ARE derived from the exercise of federal privilege.

The Victory Tax led to paymaster withholding in the private sector, and was never removed, and over time folks forgot what 'income' tax applies to and what it does not.

Lori,

True, the 16th made NO CHANGE, as far as we are concerned.  LEGALLY, that is.  But IRS to this very day insists that it DID, and toally ignores SCOTUS decisions.  ALL of them.  All of which state that the 16th gave the CONgress 'NO NEW TAXING POWERS.'  And, of course, there are the WRONG decisitons by the appellate 'courts', one of which (I don't have the cite at hand) insisted the the 'income' tax was the EXACT reason for the 16th.  ("Its purpose was to allow a DIRECT TAX WITHOUT APPORTIONMENT")   No mention of the fact that there is no repeal language there to overcome the Article One prohibitions.

We need to get rid of the FED and IRS (which is an agency of the FED).  If you look at Title 31 (Federal Reserve Act) our CONgress COULD get rid of it quickly.  I think it's about 4 billion of their OWN SCRIP that will buy them out.  And it'll rid us of Obumbum's 19 TRILLION in debt.

You're 100% right as far as the history goes on Social Security, it was an insurance policy for when you got older. There is a lot more on the subject. It takes years to find out as I did. It also states the there is no united states of America as it is the "United States" INC. instead, so therefore you cannot be a "citizen" of the "corporation". SURPRISE! That makes all federal  operations under the corporation of america illegal and unconstitutional.

Let's see; the IRS court system or  any other place that displays the flag with the yellow fringe around it, is not a united states flag, but a military/Maritime flag.  SURPRISE  2!  I have learned a lot in 20 years, so therefore as a "non-citizen" of a country that does not lawfully exist under the constitution; I ask you when will the truth come to light?

Congratulations Sharon!   Hope you feel better soon after the fall.

Here is a kind of condensed version of basic information in Cracking the Code, by Thomas Bottaro, a retired Chartered Financial Consultant (and noted the strange wording in the tax code during his studies) and has also studied CTC.  Available on Kindle (if you don't have a Kindle you can download a free 'kindle for your computer' from Amazon.  http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Income-Tax-Code-What-ebook/dp/B00NYARA9M

Thanks.  Got it.  Confusing to me so far but might get clearer when my headache goes away.  I'm not as bad off as my sister was when she had a concussion.  She kept repeating the same things over and over again.  Ordered a dozen books too.

Sharon, its not the bump on your head... its learning something new, in language and concept.  It WILL begin to make sense as you stick with it.

The Social Security number has a direct connection to income taxes and an easy way to track you wherever and whatever business or agreement. Your contact with banks, government  agencies. In short a paper trail wherever you go in life. Slavery; so your slave master (government) can track you.

Their only tracking a number dennis,

The "Strawman" number. Why do you think it's so hard to not have one and refuse using it and having one everywhere you go, everything you do. All through this country? Because "they" are using you as "chattel". You are their nest egg, their breadbasket, their retirement package. YOU, "The Strawman" is that, but you the sovereign freeman "walking upon the land" is NOT "within the territory" or "subject to the jurisdiction thereof". They don't want to give that up. You understand why.

Refuse to use or acknowledge it's validity and you kill the "Strawman". Then you can start to regain your freedom and sovereignty. And when you do, "they" won't let you go without a fight. Be ready to teach them. Be ready to destroy them if they try to destroy you for simply wanting to be free.

Remember. "Nothing left to lose" - JJ
