Ptolemy XV, also known as Caesarion, was only a child and adolescent during his brief life and never served as a soldier in ancient Israel. He lived in the late Ptolemaic period (47–30 BC), long after the traditional period of ancient Israel. At the time, the region was part of the Ptolemaic and then Roman sphere of influence.Jesus was born over 20 years after Ptolemy died in 30 BC. Therefore this video is inaccurate.
