A sovereign is an entity that has the ultimate authority. Those who must comply with the sovereign's commands is a subject. Subjects have no rights, only privileges grannted to them by the sovereign. The sovereign makes and enforces the laws and it is the duty of the subjects tp obey.

Thre lawful aithority to govern is called jurisdiction and the  natural right to govern comes from the volunatry oonsnet of the people to be governed.

The subjects have a right to give or withdraw their consent whenever they so desire.

Today we call subjects cirizens and we give our consent obey all the rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and statutes or when we vote and pay the IRS.

In the Middle Ages the subjects of the Kings were called  peasants and today the people in the United States  are known as tax payers.

Both citizens and subjects are slaves and the benefits  that they recieve is not worth the price they are required   to pay.

The Creator is always greater than that which is created. God was the Creator of the Universe and   created man and gave him stewardship of the earth.

God is  the sovereign ruler of that which he created. Man created the states and the states created a central government.
