Ir is ironic that it was a jury of Athenian Democrates that voted to execue Socrates for teaching the youth to question authority.



In God's Kingdom we were to be governed by his laws and not man's laws. We were endowed by our Creator with individual rights and have been granted privleges ny the legislatures of men. In a democracy rights become privileges and if we are unwilling to defend our rights they will be sacrifdiced for the greater good of the greater number.

Liberty, equality and justice can not long survive in a democracratic environment. Like a cancerous tumor democracies have terrible consequences.

It was ironic that it was a jury of 501 Athenian democrats that sentenced him to death for teaching the youth of Athens to question authority.
