(My personal information needs a change) All Americans must learn the Constitution and it's first 10 Amendments. Not all other amendments are Constitutional nor legal, the People and all fifty States and the People, must be involved in all constitutional Changes. The reps must bring in their constituents destitution, and vote accordingly. or put it to a vote on the ballot. All Amendments must comply with the First Ten  or Can't be Amendments.

I have suggested that very thing before in my "Outline of Constitutional Issues" along with many other ideas, like adding about 45 new amendments to the existing ones.
