According to John Locke  all men were born with the a set of Natural Rights which include the right to life, liberty and property.

Everyone has these rights and the responsibility to  respect the lives, liberty and property of everyone else.

The Constitution was written by an oligarchy of rich white men that claimed to represent the people,  but were far more concerned about preserving their own  wealth, power and prestige, rather than promoting liberty, equality and justice.

According to th Preamle the purpose of the Constitution was to create a more perfect union by establishing justice, insuring  domestic tranquility., provoding for our Common Defense and promoting for the Genreral Welfare.

How well have these goals  been achieved.

Since Congress first conevened the men and women elected to represent the people have passed over 30,000 Federal Laws and have spent nearly $40 trillion dollars  and done little to promote liberty, equality or justice.

Congressional Representativess were not elected to serve the Wall Street bankers and Corporations, they were elected to preserve, protect and defend the rights of the people

The supposed goal of the  Constitution was to create a goverment with just enough power to protect ourGod given rights without giving the government oenough power to harm the people.

How can a Country that promotes itself as the Land of tbe Free be founded on documents that promoted mass genocode and permitted an economic system that relied so much on slavery.

A truly just nation can not be built on corrupt foundation We have been taught that the men who wrote the Constituion were a collection wise men of integrity, but there were others among them that wanted to create an aristocracy for themweves and their posterity.

If the Constitution were strictly enfoced and if government officials were held accountalbe for violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitutiom the pirnciple

The Constitution justified slavery by assuming that not all men were entitled to equal treatmentequally  under the law and that some people were to be treat as human livestock.

The Constitution did not consider that all man and womem to be were to be treated equally.

The men who wrote the Constitution beleived in a human heirarchy that placed white Europena Men  and the top and Native Americans, Africans Asians and women at the bottom of the ladder.

Most of the poeple living in th united Staea today are not racists, but their ancestors in the 19th and 20th Century probably were.

All of the Presidents except Joh Adams and his son John Quincy owned slaves until Millard Fillmore became the the 13th President in 1850

While Abraham Licoln never owned slaves he made it clear that he believed in the spremacy of the white race.
