Positive Law Versus Natural Law

Natural Law defines what people are prohibited from doing, while Positive Law dictates what people are required to do. Natural Laws come from God and Positive Laws come from the legislatures of men.

The legislatures of men create positive law that compels people to surrender rights granted to them by their Creator.

Natural Law - Don't Lie, Don't Cheat and Don't Steal.

Positive Law -Register Your Car, Pay Taxes and Do What You are Told.

When a man or woman becomes a citizen, they become subject to the jurisdiction of a higher authority and their rights become privileges granted to them by the rulers.

This is supported by the words in the 14th Amendment. This is specifically why it cannot continue to stand.
