When the 17th Amendment was supposedly ratified, the states lost their ability to prevent the abuse of power by the Federal government. Instead of defending the people against tyranny, the states climbed in bed with the enemy .
The men and women elected to serve in the state lagislatures have a primary responsibility to preserve, protect and defend the Constitutions of both theie state and Federal Constitution.
It was the responsibility of the people to hold them accountable and it was their reposnibility to appoint senators that would hold the President and Congress accoutable.
The Constitution guarantees in Article V that no state shall be deprived of its represenation in the Senate without their consent, Utah has never ratificed the 17th Amendment and have never givern their consent to surrender their state's sovereignty.
The legislators of Utah in 1913 rejected the proposed 17th Amendment and the time has come for you to decide who's side you are on.

The rules and requirements for membership in any Branch of our Republic, were never meant to be altered or changed by any elected servant of the People.
Changes of this order require Special Representative Elections by the Citizens for this Specific Purpose Only. To do so in any other way is to have the foxes choose the guards for the hen house!

This is absolutely astounding to me!
72 % of E.W.'s money she needs to run for office is not even coming from her state and it's obvious, she's not the only one. Look at Heidi's numbers. Wow!
This is outrageous! What more reason do we need to return our Constitution to order by eliminating the 17th Amendment.
