BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY OF SUWANNEE

WHEREAS, We the Board of  Suwannee County Commissioners reaffirm our oath to honor, obey, protect and defend the Constitution for the United States of America, and the Constitution foe the state of Florida.

We will honor and enforce all lawful state and federal   rules, regulations, codes. ordinanes and statutes, but will not comply with directives that violate the rights of the residents of Suwannee County,
