Necessary and Proper

Any legislation proposed must be necessary and proper and only the powers enumeratd in the Constitution qualify. In order to stop Congress from passing any legislation that is not authorized in the Constitution, We the people should demand that Donald Trump veto every piece of proposed legislation thathe feels is unconstitutional

Congress has the authority.to over-ride his veto with the dthe support of two-thirds of the members of the House and the Senate,

Intead of passing more new laws, Congres shouid spend the next 2 years repealing unconstitutional statutes.

The  Constitution created a limited government that has metastasized like a cancerous tumor.  Congress only has the lawful authoroty to exercize the powers delegated in Article I Section 8. Any power that was not enumerated in the Constitution is prohibited.

All Bills that violate the Constitution need to be repealed, including the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th Amendments, The Federal Reserve Act and the Comgressional Appoertionment Act also need to be repealed.

The only proposed legislation must be both necessary and proper in order to be considered.
