Necessary and Proper

Not evertrhing Congress does is Necessary and Proper. The syayes granted to Congress a short list of enumerated powers in order to precent the abuse of power by elected representatives. All representatives have taken a solemn oath to presrvem protect and defend our rights and it is our duty to hold them accountaable.

 The Constitution was not written to govern the people, it was wtitten to govern the government. The Constitution is a employment and representatives tha fail to honor their oath are guilty of a very serious crime, Powers that were not delegated are not mecessary and proper and are prohibited.
