Foreign born individuals that have entered rhe Uited States illrgally or have over stayed their visa is not a crime. It is considered a civil violation of immigration l 

All  indivuduals born in foreign countries are citizens of the country where they were born. and those who entered the Uniterd Staes illegally or over stay their visa that have proven to be prodictive members of society should be allowed to granted the status as a lawful permanent resident of the Uned States if they pledge their loyalty and allegiance to the United States and renounce the citizenship of the country where they were born.

All permanent lawful residents will be entitled to the rights rights, privileges and immunities as full fledged citizens dged citizens, but will not be eligible to vote in stated federal electiions.  

The combined medium incime for an illegal alien households in the United staates in 2023 was approximatley $36,000 and they paid an average of $8,000 in state and federal taxes.

Those  residents with limited English proficiency being paid $10 per hour will earn an average of $20,800 per year while theythose proficient in the use of the English lamguage would earn an average of $34,736 in English.
