My Immigration Proposal

Foreign born individuals that have entered rhe  United States illrgally or have over stayed their visas have not  ommitted a crime. They are guilty of a civil violation or a misdemean and are subject to fines  improsonment and in some cases deportstion,

Foreign born individuals  that plan to immigrate to the United States must pledge their individed loyalty to the United States and renounce the citizenship of the country where tehy were born.

Those who enter the Uniterd Staes illegally or over stay their visas are welcome to stay as long as they if they obey our laws, pay their taxes and and prove to be prodictive members of society .

Iniividuals judged by an immigration court of posing a serious threat to the public safety or/or national security could and should be deported.

All permanent lawful residents will be entitled to the same rights rights, privileges and immunities as full fledged citizens dged citizens, but will not be eligible to vote in stated federal electiions.  

The combined medium incime for an illegal alien households in the United staates in 2023 was approximatley $36,000 and they paid an average of $8,000 in state and federal taxes.

Those  residents with limited English proficiency being paid $10 per hour will earn an average of $20,800 per year while theythose proficient in the use of the English lamguage would earn an average of $34,736 in English.
