The Treaty of Paris which officially ended the American War for Indepemdence recognized the 13 formerBritish  English Colonies as separaste sovereign nations.

The Preamble to our Constitution did not say that "we the People" in order to create a more perfect union, The Constitution was written to create a union of 13 sovereign states to provide for their common defense and general welfare.

The European Union is not a Country and neither is these united States of America.

The Constitution was not written collectively by the people, it was written by 55 representatives of the states. The people did not ratify the Constitution, it was ratifiend by 13 states.

Out of a population of nearly 4 million people living in the united States only 1,255 white men voted to ratify the Constitution.  Less than 1/10th of 1% of the total population of the united States gave their consent to be governed by the Constitution...
