Step 1 — Make the Telephone Call
Call each person individually using the contact list Kirk provides.
If someone answers, say:
"Hello, my name is Keith. I'm a personal friend of Kirk Beck, whom I believe you know.
Kirk has launched an important project called Remedy at Law. His goal is to organize ordinary Americans into local watchdog teams to hold government officials accountable to the Constitution and their oaths of office.
He's asked me to contact some of his friends personally.
Kirk has produced a short video, less than three minutes long, explaining his mission.
Would you be willing to watch it? I can send you the link by text.
Kirk also publishes short articles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Subscriptions are free."
If the person agrees:
"Wonderful! I'll send you the video link right now. Thank you for supporting Kirk."
Step 2 — If You Reach Voicemail
Leave this shorter message:
"Hello, this is Keith. I'm a personal friend of Kirk Beck, whom I believe you know.
Kirk has launched a project called Remedy at Law to help ordinary citizens hold government officials accountable.
He has produced a short video explaining his mission, and I hope you'll take three minutes to watch it.
If you'd like the link, please call or text me at [Keith's telephone number].
Thank you, and have a wonderful day!"
Step 3 — Send the Video Link
For people who agree to receive it, immediately send this text message:
"Hello, this is Keith, Kirk Beck's friend.
Thank you for speaking with me about Remedy at Law.
Here is Kirk's short introductory video:

After watching, I hope you'll subscribe to his free Substack publication. You'll receive his articles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Thank you for supporting Kirk!"
Important: Send texts individually. Do not use automated mass texting. For unanswered calls, do not automatically send an unsolicited follow-up text unless applicable solicitation rules have been checked. Respect requests not to be contacted.
Step 4 — Keep a Daily Record
For every contact, record:
Person's name
Date of telephone call
Answered or voicemail
Video link sent: Yes/No
Agreed to subscribe: Yes/No
Email address, if voluntarily provided
Subscription verified by Kirk: Yes/No...
