The Constitution created a govenment with a Legislative, Executive and Juducial branch.

The Legislative Branch was assignred the task of making laws to protect the lives, liberty and property of the people wbile the Executive Branch was enforce the laws. The role of the Supreme Court was to render opinions that would insure that the lives, liberty and property of the people would be secure.

lThe Supreme Court's ptimary job of was settle disputes between the states and to issue their opinions on the Comstitutional issues.

The Court was not intended to be the final arbiter over what is and what is not Comstitutionsl. The Tenth Amendment prohibits the Federsl governmentor any of its branches from exercising powers not sprcifically delegated to them in the Constitution. The authority to interpret the meaning of the Constitution was never delegted to the Supreme Court and is a power reserved to the states and the people.

The President has the power to veto Congressional Legislation and Comgress has the power to over ride a Presidential Vteo and the people have the right to accept or reject Suprmeme Court opinions.

Contrary to what you were taught is school the Justices of the Supreme Court are noy appointed serve for life. The are to serve during periods of good behavior.

The Justices have all taken an osth  to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and should be impeached when they issue personal opinions that cause them to violate their oath.
