I am not a sovereign and neither are you. We were all endowed by our Creator with the same rights and responsibilities. God who is the Creator is the only sovereign and none of us has authority or jurisdiction over anyone else.

God wrote the laws that govern the universe and the founders of our nation referred to them as the "Laws of Nature and Nature's God". The rules written by legislatures are inferior to the Laws of God. When the laws of men conflict with the laws of God the laws of God take precedent.

I have a right to do whatever I want as long as I do not violate the life, liberty or property of another human. Whenever an individual violates the rights of another they have committed a crime. No crime can be committed unless there is a victim, (Corpus Delecti). The only people who should ever be in prison are those who injure another being, human or not. If you abuse life, you should be punished. You should not be incarcerated or have your property seized for "Code Violations" or "Traffic Infractions", etc.

Bill, Thank our author of all that such a designation is only a presumption because one can nip it in the bud by properly re-butting such a presumption right out of the gate and immediately upon commencement of an action perpetrated by the moving party generally consisting of fictional, corporate foreign agent occupiers.

Quisno,  The one thing we all must realize is the fact that approximately 1/2 of the signers of the DOI were Esquires. Esquires were/are titles of nobility and their standing is that above a Knight. Esquires were/are foreign agents and therefore the DOI is a fraudulent document under true law.  I really did not want to have to go this far but, the truth is so very painful when fraud and deceit is so deeply entrenched and fed to the people via these foreign agent occupiers for 237 years running.

That may be true that half of the signers were esquires. Could that be WHY the Titles Of Nobility Amendment was introduced not too far afterwards? The OTHER half knew what could happen, and did something about it.

Yes Mike, this is exactly why we "ALL" need to get behind the actions taken in West Virginia.  I know of no other movement with the exception of the actions taken by the Union States Assembly where such a lawful foundation under the auspices of "peace" (I hate that word due to its Communist overtones) is actually under way with actual and true law in its attempted implementations.

America has always recognized more than one class of people - sovereign and subjects.  This arises due to original intent.  Today, despite the intent of the constitutions, the gov sees everyone as mere subjects without even the most basic protections provided by the 14th.

The gov is literally at war with the people and the military is the police which are being paid for by the people being warred against in the form of taxes, fines and fees.

So, we have a military class that is waging war even upon itself as well as the rest of the country.  For every right they take away from the rest of the country, that is a right that they and their families also lose.

We put 16.1 million men in uniform in the various armed services, invaded Africa, invaded Sicily and Italy, won the battle for the Atlantic, planned and executed D-Day, marched across the Pacific and Europe, developed the atomic bomb, and ultimately conquered Japan and Germany.

     It's worth noting, that during the almost exact amount of time,

 the Obama Administration couldn't even build a web site that worked.

Peter John,  Number 4 on your list above IE: CULTURE is a very dangerous want. Such a want will continue with the boot of the Crown on our necks.  Remember, the Definitive Treaty of Peace 1783  a.k.a. The Treaty of Paris 1783.  This treaty binds us and is specified in Article VI of the Constitution for the United States of America. BTW, there is no such document anywhere and in law titled, The Constitution of the United States so, I will go out on a limb specifying that each and every subscribed oath of office taken by these fictional, corporate foreign agent occupiers is downright fraud.  It gets worse!  These very same fictional, corporate foreign agent occupiers must renounce their US citizenship once they subscribe to their fraudulent oath.  

I challenge you or anyone else to prove me wrong and be ready for true fact evidence to be submitted.  We must stop with the rah, rah, rah, futile and misguided presentations and get down to facts in law and capitalize on what has taken place in West Virginia so the rest of the nation can fall in line and we must do so now! Peter, You are wrong!  May I respectfully ask that you read and re-read Article VI?

Better yet, let me post the pertinent parts of Article VI here and BOLD where you are wrong regarding treaties.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; 

Can such be more clear that we are subject to the Definitive Treaty of Peace of 1783 according to the fraudulent document known as the Constitution for the United States of America?
