How to Elect the President

The Governor of each of te states will nominate the candifate of their choice candidtes and the names of the top three will be placed on a ballot that will be presented to the legidlstures of the states. The candidate receiving the majority of votes will win the state's Presidential vote anf the camdidate winning the majority of thembotes cast shall be declared the winner.
