The Fourteenth Amendment clearly states that no government official who has previously taken an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and fails to do so is engaged in an act of rebellion and/or insurrection and has lost their right to serve in any capacity of public trust or compensation.
The "Equal Protection Clause" in the Fourteenth Amendment demands that the vote of every person in every state be counted equally.
This provision of the 14th Amendment requires that each state be equally equally represented in the House of Representatives.
The principle of "One Person, One Vote" is not being applied and the "Equal Protection Clause" of the Fourteenth Amendment is being violated.
