Federally Owned Land in the States

Lamd that is publically owned is land that is owned collectively by the people. When the Constitution was written the ststes only authorized the National government to own land outside of the ntion'se Capitol except very military installations, post offices and Post Roads and other needfful buildings. The government was not granted the authority to own or occupy evrn a sinfle acre of land outide of the District of Columbia

California consists of 100 million acres  of land worth trillions of dollars and the Federal government owns and/or occupies over 44 million acres. Thst lsndand its natural resources have been stolen from the people.

Texas has 171 million acres of land and  the Federal government only owns a little over 3 million acres. As a matter of fact the Feferal governbment owns 46% of the land in the contguous western states while it owns 4% of the land the eastern states.

All land tht is illegally being owned or occupied fy the Federal government collectively belomgs to the people and should be returned to its rightful owners.\Is it fair for 44% of California to be owned by the government when less than 2% of Texas is federally owned?
