There are 7,386 rmen and women elected to represent "We the People" in the legislatures of the 50 states.

They would be a much better if the final arbiter of the Constituion would be representiatives of the people rather than a panel of 9 unelected, unaccountable partisan politicians.

Each state has a Supreme Court to resolve issues within their borders and disputes between states and/or the people of different states need to be resolved by the U.S. Senate.

What is and what is not Constitutional should be judged by Congress and not the Supreme Court whcih  consisting of a panel of Unelected partisan politicians.

All bills should be first proposed in the House of Represenatives. Bills that are passed should then be forwarded to the senate where the proposed legislation will be judged to be Constitutional.

Then the bill will be forwarded to the President for final approval, If in the Preseident's opinion the bill is unconstitutional it would be his or her responsibility to veto the bill and returned to the House of Representatives of reconsideration.
