When the majority of people live in urban counties the people living in the smaller rural counties are the victims of,a tyranny of the majority.

The votes of the many silence the voice of the few. Everyone should have am equal voice 

Direct popular elections allow power to be held in the hands of a large number of ignorant and uninformed voters. As a result we are being governed by the will of the najority rather than by the rule of law

Political power shoud be vested in the hands of virtuous man and women of integrity chosen to represent the common good of all of their constituents

Wjen the majority get what they want the minority pays the price.

The House of Rerpresentatives promotes the idea that the will of the majority of the representatives of the Wall Street bankers and corporations should decide what they can do with our money.
