Federal Jurisdiction

According to Article I Section 8 Clause 18 the Federal governments jurisdiction is limited to an area not to exceed ten miles square, In other words Comgress has no jurusduction outside of Washington D.C.\

The County Sheriff has is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in his or her jurisudction and has taken an oath to preserve, protect abd defend the rights of the people in their county. The Sheriff has the Constitutional authority to enforce just laws and to refuse to comply with directives that would cause him to violate their oath.

The Constitution authorizes the Federal government to  purchase land in the states for military imstallattions, post offices and needful buildings. The ownership of land for any other purpose is prohibited.

Currently the Federa; government owns over 600 million acres of land that rightfully belongs to the states.
