If the Constitution was strictly enforced it would have created a government that prpmote liberty, equality and justice, because "We the People" have allowed the abandonment Comsttution's original intent has turned the document into an instrument for the financial elite dstroy the rights is was created to protect.
The Constitution can not prptect our rights if we fail to defend it.
