 The men who wrote the Constitution believed that the size of Congressional districts should not exceed 30,000.

Today Congressmen represents an average of more than 700,000 constituents, By limiting memberdhip in the House to 435, tge people are not being adequately represented .

For the purpose of apportionment the census should only count lawful adult residents. The size of the Congressional Districts should be greater than 100,000,

Each  Congressional District shall have 1 Presidential Elector chosen by the state's legislature.
