I deal with all the three branches and how to change and how to have a unicameral congress with a reasonable representation based on population, and also a federal judiciary which is in tune with common law not admiralty law which should be totally abolished at all levels of the association, I don't even want to use the word government any more we just need associations at all levels townships, towns, cities, counties, states and national.
