Billl of Congressional Prohibitions

1. Congress issue and regulatee the value od our money.
2. Congress shall be prohibited  from borrowing money.
3. Congress shall[ prohibit fractional reserve banking
4. Cong ress shall prohibit lenders from chargung compind interest 
5. Comgress shall tax the states andd not the people 
6. Conress shall return all Federally oened land to the states.
7. Congress shall lease from the states all military installatuins.
8. Congress shall refuse to fund military actions on foreign
9. Congress shall provide no financial assistance to foreign countries..
10. Congress sjall exit the United Nations and all other alliances.
11. Congress shall shutdown the Department of Educauion.
12. Comgress shall reduce the size of Congressional Districts.not more than 50,000
13. Congresional Districts will each have one Presodemtial elector.
14. Congressional Representative shall be limited to two terms.
15. Semators shall be limited to one six year term.
16. Congressioanl Representatives shall receivw np pension.
17. All bills for raising taxes must be approved by a  two thirds vote
18. All,U.S. Senators will be chosen by the legislatures of the states.
19. Congree must have the apptoval of two thirds to declare war.
