Possible Changes to the Constitution

All legislatie power here in granted shall be vested in a Senate which shall consist of 3 delegates from each state. Each state will be entitled tp 1 vote on all proposed legislation.

The delegates will be chosen by the legoslatures of the states for a term not to exceed six years.

In order for any legislative action to be passed the approval of a minimun of three-fourths of thr states would  be required.

The Senate will have the power to lay and collect taxesm but does not have power tp borrow money.

A census will be taken every ten years and all legal resudents shall be counted and each state will be taxed acording to its population.

The Senate will have the authority to repeal all previously passed legislation (inclidung amendments, Executuve Orders abd Supreme Court decisions with the concurrene of three fourth of the states.
