With the ratification of the 14th Amendment all persons of African decent that were born in the United States were granted citizenship.

Native Americans who were born in the United States denied citizenship because they owed their allegiance nd loyalty was to their tribe.

Native Americans became citizens of the United States on June 2, 1924, when the "Indian Citizenship Act" was passed by Congress, granting citizenship to all Native Americans born within the U.S.

Congress has the Constitutional authority to pass a law that would prevent the children pf illegal aliens from obtaining birth right citizenship.

Other groups denied citizenship were foreign diplomats, foreign students, visitors and the sons and daughters born to illegal aliens.
