ALTER, ABOLISH OR SURRENDER!

We don't need to amend the Constitution. The Constitution which was written to govern the government has become and instrument in the hands of greedy bankers, corrupt lawyers and dishonest politicians. -

According to the Declaration of Independence, governments "derive their just powers from the consent of the governed." When a government become destructive to our lives, liberty and property, it is our right and our duty to alter or abolish that government.

If you believe our government has violated the Constitution and no longer serves the best interests of the American people it is our duty to alter or abolish it.

Like a cancerous tumor our country is in serious trouble. To survive we create a new government that will be accountable to the people.

We are no longer under the constitutions.  The courts give lip service to them from time to time, but generally ignore them.  The states and fed gov all have official policies that take life, liberty and property without due process.

We are at war with a foreign power that has taken over our gov.  It is using our police as its military and our admin courts as its military tribunals to enforce its policies without regard for our constitutions and the laws made in harmony with them.

Such an act constitutes an act of war.

What I am saying is that an undisclosed communist power has co-opted our gov and is using it to wage war upon the American people.  This is an actual on-going war and the average person is simply unaware of it.

The gov cannot institute a policy of ignoring clear constitutional protections, like the right to due process, without it's actions being an act of war.  The fact that the war has not been openly declared like with the 'civil war' does not make it any less an active on-going war that the gov is engaged in.

Sorry Bill, but the government has been violating our Constitution since and before the civil war back in 1860--------and every day after that. Once the generation of our founding Father & Mothers passed away. Most Politicians from both parties have tried to destroy our once great nation. Look up a verse in The Bible - Luke 11:45-46-----and see what Jesus said to the lawyers in is time.

I am not addressing all constitutional rights of all people, in particular the people who are only citizens of a state.  I am saying that, under the claim that by some magic, everyone is a 14th subject with very limited rights, even those rights are routinely violated as a matter of official gov policy - and that takes an act of war.

The gov has had an official policy of warring against state-only citizens going all the way back to around 1900.  Imposing 14th status upon them strips them of almost every one of their secured rights - and that is an act of war.

How do you refuse and make it stick?  All the current courts are only for 14th subjects and the judges openly ignore the law when their jurisdiction is lawfully challenged.  The judges will simply claim the challenge is a motion and claim the right to 'dismiss' it and simply move forward to a forced conviction.

Oregon has not had any courts with the authority to hear a case in which a state-only citizen is an accused since the end of 1952.  Thus all the convictions of state-only citizens since then have been unconstitutional.  If you don't comply with the current legislative branch courts, they send the cops to drag you in and then simply proceed as if they had authority.

That actually constitutes an act of war upon state-only citizens.
