All of the candidates running for Congress or the Presidency shall be required to a have a Master's Degree in Constitutional Studies Men that are eqailly informed rarely disagree.

The only other thing to consider by the voters iis the honesty and integrity of the candidate.

To be certified as brain surgeon a candidate must complete up to 14 years of post grduate studies while anyone that has attained the age of 35 that has been a citizen of the United States for 14 years is automatically eligible to run for Presidency.

The only other thing required to run for President is a lust for power and alot of money.

The poor judgment of an incompetent physician can cost a man his life, while a Congressman's can cause the death of a nation.

The only requirements for a Congressional candidate is that they be a least 25 years old and have been a citizen of the United State for 7 years. 

Only individuals  living in the United States that has earned  a Master's Degree in Constitutional Studies shall  be eligible  to run for Congress or the Presidency.
