Congress has Become a Den of Thieves

It is neer a good idea to trust a small body of ambitious politicians to preserve, protect and defend your God given rights.

In 1929 Congress voted to limitt the size of the House of Representatives to 435 members. In the process they granted more power to themselves and turned a legislative body into a crime syndicate.

Instead of a House of Represenntatives they created an oligarchy of a few rich white men intent on controlling the lives, libertyand property of the people they were elected to serve.

rather than representing their constituents.

This legislation turned the House of Representatives into an oligarchy of ambitious politicians that represented the Wall Street Bankers and Corporations.

By limiting the number of representatives in the House to 435 they granted to themselves more power they could use to contol the lives, liberty and property of the people they were elected to serve..

This Act was nothing more than a power grab  instigated by Wall Street Bankers, Lawyers and career politicians.

The political power in the House as it is now constituted has become a  version of  House of Lords that is more concerned about getting re-elected than in serving the best interests of the people.

The Great Compromie that created a bicameral legislature has become  a unicameral legislature with two houses representing wealthy bankers and Wall Street Corporations

The Indirect Election of Senators which prevented the large states from completely dominaing the small states ended w ith the ratification of the 17th Amendment.

Article V in the Constitution guaranteed that no state would ever lose their equal suffrage in the senate wirthout their consent .

In 1913 Florida and six other states States lost their disolved in with the 17th Amendment turned the Senate into a second version of the House. 

 House of Representatives and the Senate designed to have a Senate based on equal representation and a House of Representatives based on proportional Representation.

Each State wouldbe equally represented by two senators and the House would have one representative for every 30,000 inhabitants.

The Senators would be chosen by the State legislators to represent the the state legislature  and the Representatives would be elected directly by the. people.

To preent Congress from abusing its power the states included an Amendment Protection Clausein Article V that prohibited Congress from stripping from the states their equal suffrage in the Senate without their consent.

The fraudulent unconstitutioina  ratification of the 17th Amendment in 1913 turned our bica,eral legislature with checks and balances into a unicameral legislature with tow houses representing Wall Street bankers and Corporations.
