Foreign born individuals that have entered rhe United States illrgally have broken our immigration laws are guilty of a federal misdemeanor and are subjject to potential fines. prison terms and/or deportation.

The statute of limitation has run out on ndividuals that entered the county more than 5 years ago Those that are still living here ilegally are guilty of a civil violation and is not a crime. .

The immigration laws are a statutes that can and should be amended I would like to propose the following

All indivuduals born in foreign countries are citizens of the country where they were born and those who entered the Uniterd Staes illegally that have not committed a felony must chose to return to the country where they were born or pledge their undivided loyalty and llegiance to the United Staes and agree to obey our laws and renounce the citizenship of the country where they were born.

During the 5 year probationary period they will be entitled to the same rights, privileges and immunities as full fledged citizens without the right to vote in state and federal elections.

The combined medium incime for an illegal alien households in the United staates in 2023 was approximatley $36,000 and they paid an average of $8,000 in state and federal taxes.

wo thirds of the ubdocumrnted  workers aliens are not proficient in the use of the English language

Those  residents with limited English proficiency being paid $10 per hour will earn an average of $20,800 per year while theythose proficient in the use of the English lamguage would earn an average of $34,736 in English.

IIn In 2023 illegal aliens collectively paid $96 billion dollars in State and Federal Taxes.to the U.S. tax payers  and cost the tax payers $157 bind cost the American tax payers a total .

80% of the 11 million forein born residents living in the Ubited States for at least 10 years.

In 2023 there were 300,000 out of 11,000,000 million unauthorized immigrants had been convicted of felonies and statsistics reveal that undocumented aliens are less likely than U.S. citizens to committ a felony.
