If Bill Gore has not taken the oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution he is not the lawful Sheriff of San Diego County. The oath is mandated in the Constitution and failure to comply is not an option. The people of San Diego County should seek lawful remedies. He should be removed from office and indicted.
