The Creator of the Universe provided man with a set of rules to govern his behavior. These rules or guiding principles were designed to guarantee that every individual on the planet would have the same rights and responsibilities.

These rules or laws apply to everyone, all of the time and  can not be violated without swift and sure consequences. These rules are based upon the premise that all men were born with the right to life, liberty and property and the responsibility to respect the rights of others.

Every man has a right to purse happiness and can do whatever they wants as long as they do not violate the rights of others in the process.

It is never ethical for a man to lie, cheat, steal. or to initiate force in order to gain a material or political advantage. When an individual or a government takes the property of some individuals it becomes a violator of the rights that it was created to defend.

Governments were instituted among men deriving their just power from the consent of the governed. When a government violates the rights of some to benefit others it violates its charter to upon which this nation was founded.

When men create governments they have the responsibility and the duty to hold the government accountable. When the people allow their government to behave unethically, they give their government the capacity to lie, cheat and steal under the color of law.

Governments that punish the people for violating a law can not violate the same law and produce ethical outcomes. A society that allows its government to violate the lives, liberty and property of the people is build on a false premise.

Unethical laws can never produce ethical results any more the planting of corm will result in a harvest of apples.
