My freedom to swing my fist ends where my neighbor's nose begins. Should we have a right to shout FIRE in a crowded theatre? I believe we are free to say whatever we want as long as we take responsibility for the consequences.

If we shout FIRE in a crowded theatre and 30 people are killed as a result are we not responsible for their deaths. If the theatres show a movie that ultimately leads to the death of some of their patrons, are they not responsible. Is not the producer of the movie also responsible and potentiallly liable for the damages?

I believe that Sony has the right to produce any movie they wish as long as they assume full responsibitity. If they knew in advance that they, and not the theatres would be sued, Sony would never have made the movie.

We live in a country where people demand their rights, but refuse to take responsibility. How would we feel if North Korea produced a movie for worldwide distribution that poked fun at and humiliated our President?
