What is General Welfare
The three purposes stated in the Preamble to the Constitution are
- pay the debts
- provide for the common defense
- promote the general welfare.
Proving some of the people with funds is not general welfare. For a benefit to be considered to be general welfare it must equally benefit everyone.
The $1,200 being distributed to the people qualifies as a form of general welfare because its benefits are not limited to one group of people over another.
Congress has $146 trillion dollars available and the $2 trillion allocated in the Corona Stimulus Package is money that collectively belongs to the millions of people who have paid taxes for the past 100 years.
The government claims to own 640 million acres, but the land is public land which means that it is owned by we the people.

Just like all of the other landlords, we the people have a right to receive compensation for the trillions of dollars in assets that we own and the government controls.

They have our money that they illegally took. Better to not take than cycle it around like Hillary co does. Too many hands in the pie. I want my pie without hands in it.
