Unequal Representation in the House of Representatives 

In numerous Supreme Court Cases (Baker v Carr, Reynolds v Sims, Westberry v Sanders and Karcher v Daggett) the Court ruled that under the due process clause of the 14th Amendment everyone's vote is to have equal value. The Re-Apportionment Act of 1929 clearly violates the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment
