Have the Reconstructions Acts of the post Civil War era every been repealed?

Question Number Two
Has the Martial Law imposed by the Reconstruction Acts been rescinded or repealed?

Question Number Three
 Does the President's authority to issue Executive Orders come from the Reconstruction Acts?

I suggest that you send these three questions to the Congressional Research Service, but you send them three separate inquiries. You will be much more likely to get their cooperation if they are not given them all three of your questions at the same time.
