The Pursuit of Happiness

Everyone on Earth has a God given right to pursue happiness and no man has a right to  block another persons in their effort to pursuit of happiness.

True happiness can only exist when a persono is free to  do whatever they want, as long as their actions do not harm anyone else  in the pursuit of their happiness.

In a just society everyone has an equal right to life, liberty and property and the responsibilty to respect the life, liberty and property of everyone else.

The men who wrote the Constitution calimed to believe that all men were created equal, but the government they they created did not defend the rights of black and indigenous people.

The Comstitution was writteb by rich white plantation owners and merchants and preserved, protected and defending their rights while defending the rights of women and the people of color.
