Article 1, Section 7, Clause 1

All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.

The House of Representatives has been granted the authority to  spend money to pay the debts, provide for the common defense and general welfare. When it borrows money to do anything else it is violating the Constitution,

Last year Congress borrowed trillions of dollars to fund programs that were unconstitutional. If your husband or wife wrote checks with insufficient funds they would end up in jail and you would file for divorce.

When Congress spends money they don't have on things we do want, don't need, and can't afford. why do we keep re-electing them.

Putting Congressmen in charge of our personal bank account would be like providing a thirsty alcohol with the keys to your liquor cabinet. When you allow you representative to commit the crime, you become his accomplice.

  With the power of the purse the House of Representatives has te  authority to allocate money to fund all programs authoorized in Article I Section 8 on the Constitution.

The United States is nearly 20 trillion dollars in debt, because Congress contineus to spend money on unconstitutional regulatory agencies. All of the agencies such as the CIA, EPA, BLM and all of the other agencies could be defunded if Congress were to do their job.

Borrowing money to fund unconstitutional government programs needs stop in order to prevent the total financial collapse of the united States.
