This is the most disturbing video I have ever seen, It reveals facts that  have convinced me that seeds of white supremacy was planted in America by Christian pastors.

America was re-discivered by white Bible believing Christian that believed their race was superior to all others. They believed it was their God given right to rule  the land and subjigate all of the non christian inhabitants .

The Christians Pastors in the colonies taught their congregations that they were God's chosen people and that black and indigenous people were their inferiors.

They claimed that the "Doctrine of Discovery"   issued by the Pope in 1493 gave them the authority from God to conquer and enslave the inhabitants they encountered.

The Doctrine of Discovery was a legal and religious concept from the 15th century that gave European nations the right to claim lands inhabited by non-Christian peoples. It was formalized in papal bulls and royal charters, which also provided a basis for the subjugation and enslavement of Indigenous populations. Though repudiated by the Vatican in 2023, it continues to influence U.S. federal laws and is a foundational aspect of the historical injustices faced by Indigenous peoples in North America.

The Doctrine of Discovery is a legal and political concept rooted in 15th-century papal bulls, particularly from the Catholic Church, that justified European colonial expansion. It originated with documents like Dum Diversas (1452) and Inter Caetera (1493), issued by Popes Nicholas V and Alexander VI.

These decrees essentially granted European powers, like Spain and Portugal, the authority to claim lands inhabited by non-Christians, asserting that such territories were "discovered" and could be colonized, often disregarding the rights of indigenous peoples.

The doctrine was based on the idea that Christian nations had a divine right to dominate non-Christian lands and peoples, converting or subjugating them. It underpinned the legal frameworks of colonial empires, influencing treaties, land acquisitions, and the displacement of indigenous populations. For example, it was used to justify Spain’s conquests in the Americas and Portugal’s expansion in Africa and Asia.

In later centuries, the doctrine was adapted into secular legal systems, notably in the United States. The 1823 Supreme Court case Johnson v. M’Intosh codified it into American law, ruling that European discovery of Native lands gave the discovering nation exclusive rights to acquire those lands, effectively nullifying indigenous claims to sovereignty.

Critics argue it was a tool of imperialism, enabling land theft and cultural erasure. Supporters, historically, saw it as a framework for organizing colonial governance and spreading Christianity. In 2023, the Vatican formally repudiated the doctrine, acknowledging its role in justifying colonial atrocities, though its legacy persists in legal systems and land disputes globally.
