The Branches are Broken

The three branches of our government were created to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Instead of serving the best interests of the people, the three branches of government are now working to benefit the financial interests of Wall Street and greedy bankers, corrupt lawyers and dishonest politiicans.

Every government on earth has two classes of people consisting of the rulers and their subjects. The power is concentrated in the hands of the few and the misery is shared by the many.

The ruling class is motivated by greed and the lusts for power. They control the people by controlling what the schools and the media teach. They masquerade as public servants, but are really nothing more than diabolical men and women determined to control our lives, liberty and property.

The founders wanted the power of the government to be vested in the people and not by a class of parasites. They wanted to create a society where the government would be confined to a short list of delegated powers.

In order to secure the blessings of liberty for all they wanted to create a new form of government where everyone would be have the same rights and responsibilities.

Before the ink on the Constitution was dry, there were powerful individuals who were determined to use the government to benefit themselves and their posterity at the expense of everyone else.

These men called themselves the Federalists, but were like the proverbial wolves in sheep's clothing. They knew that in order to convert our Constitutional Republic into a Democracy they would need to abandon the original intent of our founding fathers.

The founders understood that the Constitution was built upon a foundation of principles. The Constitution was written to protect the God given rights of the people and to prevent government officials from violating our rights

The enemies of our republican are the men and women who masquerade as public servants, while they fill their pockets with wealth of the American people.

In order to be successful in their endeavor, they needed to deceive the people into believing that the people were not capable of governing themselves.

The enemies of our republican form of government knew that they must control what the people were being taught in the schools in order to create a society of slaves who thought they were free. They knew that well educated and informed voters would make the accomplishment of their goals unattainable.

They also understood that it was necessary for them to control the media in order to control public opinion. The financial elite created corporations that gained control of our newspapers, radio and television stations in order to control public opinion.

The enemies of our republic created political parties which successfully divided the people into factions. The political parties decide which candidates will run for office and who ultimately who will be elected.

In order to turn a free people into slaves, the government needed to saddle the people with debt. Those who sought to control the people created a National Bank that issued our money and regulated its value.

The idea of the separation or powers and checks and balances were once the foundation of our republican form of government. Gradually over time these fundamental principles were discarded in favor of a model endorsed by Karl Marx.

Three Headed Monster

The three branches of government were created to protect the life, liberty and the property of the people. Unfortunately the three branches that were created to protect us have become the number one usurper of our God given rights. 

Our nation is in peril because the Constitution is being violated every day by the men and women that serve in all three branches of government. The guardians of our liberty have become the greatest threat to our peace, prosperity and freedom.

The Supreme Court which was established to defend the Constitution has been changing the meaning of the Constitution by interpreting it. Contrary to popular belief the Constitution did not give the Supreme Court the authority to interpret the Constitution. The Congress was intended to be the arbiter of the Constitution and not the Supreme Court. Every two years "We the People" have the opportunity to vote out those members of the House and Senate that fail to properly interpret the Constitution.

The Constitution grants no legislative powers to the President. The President has no authority to issue Executive Orders that affect the lives of the American people. Every Executive Order issued is a violation of the Constitution.

The three branches of government were created to protect the people, but over the years the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches of government have become a three headed monster that serves the interest of the financial elite and holds the rest of us in a state of perpetual bondage.

The ultimate Judge of those serving in the three branches of government is "We the People" and as long as we tolerate incompetence, that is exactly what we will get. Until "We the People" hold our public officials accountable the peace, prosperity and freedom we once enjoyed will be nothing more than a distant memory.
