Taxes on incomes are unconstitutional. Using tax law to punish corporations instead won't work. People will ultimately, as individuals, absorb the cost of taxes in our new throw-away society. ELIMINATE THE IRS, don't use it. The worst corporation is The East India Co. aka The United States Federal Enclave.

All Corporations are a marriage of private free enterprise and backroom deals with lobbyists to convince attorney law makers to bend the codes their way. This is the same sick relationship that exists between the Banksters and almost ALL of the 191 countries on Planet Earth. Ever heard of The New World Order?

We cannot continue to sit back and claim the higher moral ground with troops and tanks being amassed in our back yards. We are being attacked. They're not even hiding it any more.

The IRS has been caught with their hand in the cookie jar, targeting T-Party or other conservatives; openly preventing them from defeating their opponents. And when the people's Representatives investigate them for it, they deny it, then continue to do it more as if nothing happened; business as usual,eh? What do you call that?

How 'bout our money, taxes; the National debt? Fractional banking, the Mortgage industry with its usurious compounded interest? That's an attack on our money and national worth, is it not? What about 20,000 gun laws? The restrictions on everything you do? Permits, regulations, licenses, privileges?

How is it we don't recognize when we're being beaten down and UNDER ATTACK?

We don't, for three reasons.

1) The info you presented above (and more) is not being presented in a "saturated" fashion to a public used to saturation.

2) Watching TV/movies with their horrific depictions has subtly left the populace in a state of subliminal trauma that produces intense underlying feelings of fear.

3) There are no "leaders". Most of our leaders are either in jail or in the grave. However, there is a solution to all this.

About a year ago I published a new doctrine of Freedom called "Sperryism" - see: http://sperryism.org/ - It is the result of almost 12 years of intense research & effort to find a workable solution to America's problems by first determining what those problems actually are. That is how I happened to get here, when Keith interviewed me on his radio program.

Sperryism consists of eight "Freedom Tools" that can be applied by ordinary individuals to regain & maintain their "Freedom".

It begins with tool #1 and once accomplished moves to tool #2, then #3 and so forth. Each tool provides the infrastructure/support for the next in steps. Each step brings with it greater strength.

The first tool is "SuperMedia". It initiates Internet based "neighborhood" radio stations that run a new "2 sided talk" format using 30-60 sec sound bites of ordinary people who contribute their opinions etc. Each mp3 file containing those sound bites is shared with all other neighborhood stations through the Creative Commons. It takes about three hours from the time you make your decision to start, until your automated neighbourhood "commercial" radio station is "on the air". By the way, these stations have enormous profit potential for relatively little effort.

With multiple stations, tools 2 - 4 become a cakewalk. I contend that with tool #4 completed the US will be securely back into the hands of the people without a shot having been fired. The people will thus be "in control".

Ahhh, my favorite topic!  When the Federal Tax Law and IRS Codes were digitized, this man read them and researched the critical terms and their unique definitions, statutes and case law, and discovered the Federal Income Tax is truly an Excise tax meant to give back a portion of the gains and profits of income derived from Federal privilege; that privilege being your choice to partake of, similar to paying to get a hunting license: Cracking The Code.  

Uninformed/misinformed people think the 16th Amendment put the income tax on all sources of earnings, which isn't true. During the 30 years following the 16th only 3-5% of the population paid income tax, because those whom it applied to, knew it applied only to them, and the rest knew it did not. Back then people knew and understood the LAW.  Here's a short video showing who was paying A Curious Thing

NO ONE who was not liable for the tax paid it, until after a clever 1943 Disney cartoon came out exhorting Americans to voluntarily contribute taxes for the war effort, begging "taxes for the Axis". Google 'Donald Duck Taxes' and you can see that video, its only 4 minutes or so.

Many people wanted to 'help' and the gov't wanted to make it easy for them, so paymaster withholding was extended to non-federally-privileged private businesses, so that folks could 'contribute' small amounts every payday, rather than having to save up and send in a large amount after the end of the calendar year.  This was the birth of the widespread misuse of the W-4 and W-2 and 1099's that every person laboring for their God-given right to earn their living now thinks they 'have to' be subject to, which again, is false.  

The 1040 is an an Information Return, and if money was improperly withheld from you, and/or reported to the IRS, you are to use the 1040 and a couple IRS Forms, to rebut the erroneous reports made against you, if you are not actually subject to the Law.  It was never meant for you to simply parrot back what is on the W-2 or 1099.

The IRS Codes are NOT the Law, and few (if any) professionals (accountants, tax lawyers etc.) ever read or study the LAW.  There is much information including refund victories of millions of dollars of all withheld including Social Security, Medicare and state income taxes, updated weekly at Pete Hendrickson's site Lost Horizons
