Bigger is not Necessarily Better.

In order for a Church to derive the benefits from incorpotaion it must become a business entity subject to the jurisduction of the governemnt, The Church is no longer free to worship and to speak freely.

Churches with larger memberships are exposed to significantly greater financial needs and exposed to far greater risks than smaller congregations,

A church consisting of four or five families doesn't need alot of mpney and is exposed to a small amount of risks and liabilities.

The Disciples of Jesus Christ served without financial compensation and the leaders of a Mini Churches will be  rewarded in Heaven.

The Mini Churches doesn't need to own a buildinng as meetings will be conducted in the homes of the members od the Congregation.

Rather than having a single Pastor all of the members will share in duties of the Church and teaching the  spiritual lessons lessons to the Congregation.

Many of the Pastors of the Mega Churches like Ken Copeland have accumulated hundreds of millions of dollars, Is there any doubt that money is their God?

If you receive a gift, you do not need to report it on your taxes. According to the IRS, a gift occurs when you give property (like money) without expecting anything in return. If you donate to someone more than the annual gift allowance  of ($17,000 in 2022), the giver must file Form 709 (a gift tax return).

If ypu were the Pastor of an unincorporated Church you could receive annual donations of up to $17,000 per member without having to report the gift to the IRS. The donor is not able to make the gift tax deductible.
